Cancellation Policy

The following policies cover any and all appointments being made, currently held, and any other appointments the client is to make in the future: If you reschedule earlier than 48 hours from your appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, or no show, you will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 75% the estimated cost of the appointment you held. If within 1 week of your appointment, you cancel and do not immediately reschedule, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 75% the estimated cost of the appointment you held. If you no show a consultation appointment, you will be charged a $15 no show fee. You may not reschedule your appointment, just to later cancel it to try avoiding the fee. If you do reschedule an appointment and then cancel, you will be charged the cancellation fee. All charges will be made using the credit card on file. If you arrive late to your appointment, you will be charged a late fee. If you are over 15 min late you may be asked to reschedule and required to pay the no show fee. If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. If you show up and are clearly sick, you will be required to reschedule and pay the rescheduling fee. Being that I have have a high risk pregnancy and a baby at home, I will not be performing services on anyone who has cold/flu symptoms of any kind. With all that said, I will consider special situations. I'm human too, I get it! But unlike a normal salaried job, I pay to work in a salon. Without a cancellation policy, if I get no showed or have a very late cancellation, I cannot fill that spot and lose the opportunity to work and make money to provide for my family. I love my clients, and appreciate your understanding.
